STARDUST OPENING LINE MOVES 9-21

Here are the NFL line moves (college moves are in the College Football forum) from the "lottery" at the Stardust on Sunday night. As I've stated before, these are not meant as predictions as much as just an indicator of which direction the line is likely to continue moving during the week. Use them to determine if you should bet earlier or later in the week (or however else you deem fit):

Last week: In the NFL, the early bettors went 0-3 on sides (losing on the Seahawks, 49ers and Bills) but won the only totaled that moved (the under in the Packers-Cardinals game). For the season, the early bettors are 2-5 on sides but a perfect 3-0 on totals.

I don't have proof of this...but I'm willing to bet that the person(s) who took the Ravens +3 probably had another out where they layed 2.5 with the Chiefs.
Let's say they bet $5,500 on the Chiefs -2.5 and took the Ravens at +3 (+100) for $5,000...they'd be risking $500 (if the Ravens cover) for a chance to win $5,000 if the Chiefs win by exactly 3. Seems like a better than 1-in-10 chance to me. Not a huge overlay, but worth a shot IMO.
